Job Description

Language skill: Native level or N1 level Japanese

Responsibililties

  • Win contracts with sales departments, both new and existing customers
  • Predict and correctly understand customer needs and propose appropriate and optimal solutions
  • Provide technical support to sales departments for smooth business negotiations and presentations
  • Understand the customer's business and demands, incorporate them into the solution, and estimate the man-hours required for implementation.
  • Create answers and quotations for RFI / RFP including solution analysis, project promotion method, delivery date, etc.
  • We will support the creation of SOW after understanding the requirements and scrutinizing the proposal.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from customers
  • Provide training and guidance both inside and outside the company as needed.

Required Skill/Experience

  • Over 3 years of experience in system development and consulting proposal creation
  • Ability to acquire the technical expertise necessary to solve customer issues and problems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Commitment to win deals and a sense of responsibility to take the lead in terms of technology
  • High communication skills to smoothly support sales activities and provide technical explanations to customers
  • Coordination ability and negotiation ability required to win a project (both inside and outside the company)
  • Thinking ability and voluntary consciousness that can understand customer's request in advance and shape it by oneself
  • Highly ambitious and challenging spirit
  • Highly flexible and able to respond to changes
  • Strong passion for the cloud

Preferred Skill/Experience

  • Experienced in pre-sales and estimate calculation
  • Experienced Salesforce.com or related knowledge
  • Experience in SaaS and on-demand fields
  • GOOGLE and AWS public cloud business experience
  • Familiar industry knowledge such as finance and e-commerce
  • Business level English
