Position Name: QA Leader Chiba Job

Annual Salary - 5 Million and above

Job Description:

In quality assurance work for applications and websites developed by AEON Smart Technology, you will oversee and collaborate with QA vendors to promote quality improvement throughout the organization through quality control and process improvement of various projects.
・JSTQB Foundation level work knowledge
・JCSQE Junior Software Quality Engineer work knowledge
・Project management and software quality knowledge such as PMBOK and SQuBOK
・Various test automation tools such as MagicPod/Playwright
・SQL-based test data creation

QA Leader Chiba Job Qualification:

• Test design/implementation experience at a business company (more than 3 years)
• Practical experience in promoting QA process design and providing feedback to the development process through failure analysis
• Experience in evaluating and verifying or developing smartphone apps or web apps
• Providing test plan planning and experience Experience in reviewing estimates, test designs and reports

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in providing feedback to requirements based on SHIFT LEFT and making recommendations for requirements definition
• Experience in promoting standardization of development processes
• Experience in implementing a series of steps from requirements definition to testing as a PL or PM and improving processes
• Attractive experience related to UI/UX Systematic learning experience, practical experience, and qualifications related to quality
• Experience in promoting automation of E2E and regression tests using various automation tools
• Experience in static testing (tool usage, document review)
• Experience in QA within sprint development
• Experience building CI/CD for improving source code quality

Japanese Language: Native or fluent japanese level Business level English
