Project Leader Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• Experience leading project teams of 5 or more people
• Industry is not required, but experience in or aspiring to become a project leader in a public or mission-critical system
• At least 4 years of development experience One of the following technical elements
• Design skills: experience in basic design to internal design and writing test specifications
• Program development experience: Development and system testing in Java , .
• Experience in database normalization, logical design, physical design, and SQL creation
• Ability to communicate smoothly with clients and related internal and external organizations 
• Experience with offshore projects is a plus

Japanese Languages: Native level or Fluent level Japanese required and Business level English required.
