Position Name: Project Manager Minato Job

Responsibilities:

• PM candidate should be able to drive the team in a hybrid (Onsite/Offshore Model) and Multicultural environment.
• Should be a quick learner in learning and understanding the Airline domain which will enable to make strategic calls to the customer.
• Maintain friendly relations with the customer, create project plan, deliver the outcomes on time keeping quality metrics into consideration, schedule tasks, and delegate assignments. Identify and work on the potential areas where there is business growth for Copmany.
• Foresee the risks and highlight the risks in a timely manner along with the mitigation plan. Responsible for broadcasting the executive summary highlighting the weekly delivery updates to the customer and Company management.

Project Manager Minato Job Qualifications:

• Project management experience (Should have managed a sizeable team)
• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment.
• Customer coordination and Team coordination in a hybrid environment
• Ability to understand the bigger picture and look for business opportunities to enable business expansion (With proven record)
• Able to plan and track different phases of the program.
• Dependency analysis
• RISK, ISSUE, and action item tracking. Reporting to program management.
• Bilingual Skills must (Japanese and English)
• Experience in managing customers, internal stakeholders and project team while delivering on customer milestones.
• Prior experience of multicultural projects with 20+ member team in distributed environment (Onsite/Offshore)
• Experience Level - 10 ~ 15 Years out of managing which 4-5 years into Project Management
• Knowledge in Airline Domain is good to have and not mandatory though (PSS, Industry trends, etc.,)
