Service Delivery Manager

Job Description

Position Name: Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

• Take a role of project management (leader) for Japanese and foreign multi-national clients
• (Project start-up, planning, implementation, monitor and control, quality control, cost and delivery management and people management)
• Drive the project using offshore sites
• Negotiate with the customer and stakeholders at the management level
• Program Management for focus customer

Qualifications:

• Project management and leadership experience in system development, operation, and maintenance
• Manufacturing, aviation, Hi-tech, pharmaceuticals, construction, distribution/retail, insurance (life insurance/non-life insurance), finance Experience in project management for projects of 300 million yen or more and 20 FTE
• Experience in application outsourcing projects
• Experience in application transition
• PMP holder, English proficiency (offshore)
• Project management or leadership experience in system development, operations and maintenance
• Project experience for the manufacturing, insurance, construction, distribution, retail and consumer goods industries.
• Experience in application transition
• ITIL certificate, English communication skills (experience working with offshore resources); agile development experience is a plus.
