Responsibilities:

• Lead and educate the development team on all technologies required for web development
• dentify and solve issues (select technology stack and architecture)
• Negotiate and coordinate with upstream processes and customers and external vendors
• Support the Scrum Master with planning, estimates, etc. regarding the operation of the Scrum team 

Fullstack Engineer Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience in the IT industry
• Skills to lead and educate development teams on all the technologies required for web development.
  For example, front-end (React or Angular), back-end (Java, Python), frameworks (Next.js), various databases, cloud services, etc.
• Experience in designing, developing, and building environments using serverless architecture on clouds such as AWS

Language: Business Level (N1)Japanese level, English daily conversation level or higher
