Position Name: FI Lead Consultants

Description:

• FI Lead Consultant with experience in AP,AR, CO,GL
• Deep knowledge on business practice and SAP S/4 in responsible area
• Experience in AP,AR, CO,GL
• Capability to perform To-Be business process & system design, SAP configuration and add-on design in responsible area
• Capability to lead Best practice and SAP standard adoption
• Knowledge on accounting process and terminology to understand business requirements and discussions
• Knowledge on accounting process and terminology to understand business requirements and discussions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FICO module (roll out / implementation / add on / upgrade) out of which at least 1 full life cycle implementation.
• SAL Knowledge: should be able to configure the system to fulfill business requirement, should have experience of documenting business requirements, create specification documents, perform functional unit test, integration test, work with business for UAT, coordinate with business and offshore, support data migration and training, work with external systems, go live and cut over, hyper-care support
• Should have experience of working in agile model and tools like JIRA, confluence
• Should have experience of working on add on development

Bilingual Requirements: Japanese Native level, Basic English knowledge is required.
