Position Name: Data Analyst Leader

Annual Salary: 6.6 Million and Above

Description:

• As a data analyst, you will apply the results of customer-oriented analysis to business and support management decision-making. They plan analytical approaches based on business issues, analyze data by their own hands, and create reports.
• In order to promote DX for the entire Group, it is necessary to develop digital human resources within the Group. You will be involved in building a digital human resources development program and supporting the implementation of training programs.
• There are a variety of projects, such as handling large scale cross-sectional projects across the Group and individual analysis. As for skills, SQL is the minimum requirement.
• The job also requires logical thinking and communication skills to formulate hypotheses based on an understanding of the business environment.

Responsibilities:

• You will be involved in the promotion of the entire company's business as an analyst, handling one of the largest volumes of data in Japan.
• Able to lead the large-scale DX of a leading group in Japan.
• The position is a great opportunity to be involved in a wide range of business and decision making.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in analytical work using SQL
• Curiosity, communication and presentation skills as an analyst
• Any position is acceptable, including business companies, consultants, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data analysis, BI, and other data utilization projects
• Experience in marketing PDCA cycle such as analysis, planning, action, and measurement
• Project management experience
• Working experience and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
• Ability to program in any language
