Description:

• You will manage projects using global packages (SiteCore, ServiceNow, etc.). Development members include offshore (mainly India). Therefore, we will ask you to carry out management including offshore members.
• We are looking for a leader who can play a central role in the same department and a person who can be entrusted with management.
• We have an online meeting in English about twice a week, but we have several employees who are fluent in Japanese and English, so we will support language learning.

Responsibilities:

• In cooperation with the Indian side, which will be the main development team, you will be responsible for the following :
• SQCD (Scope, Quality, Cost, Delivery) management of the project
• Negotiations with clients and stakeholders in cooperation with accounts
• System development As a member of the project management team belonging to the department, you can lead the planning and execution of projects proposed by the project owners of each department, including overseas bases, and lead the project to success by involving all departments.
• Project management of introduction planning, design, implementation, and test phases
• Understanding the situation on both the business side and the engineering side and promoting development projects

• ServiceNow, etc.

Project Manager Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• More than 2 years of development experience such as system construction using packages or Java in the IT industry (SI, package vendors) and project leader experience
• About 3 years of upstream process experience (customer negotiations, requirements ) (definition)
• Proposal - Experience creating project materials
• Native-level Japanese proficiency 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in global projects and offshore development
• Wide knowledge of IT technology
• Holding PM qualifications (PMP, IPA PM exam, etc.)
• Communication in English and being interested in offshore development
• CMS / Workflow-related system project management, requirement definition experience (Sitecore, ServiceNow, Drupal, etc.)
•  offshore utilization experience (India offshore experience is a plus)
• consulting firm experience
