Job Description

As a member of the information system room, you will be engaged in the following tasks.
The internal business of the BPR (business process re-engineering) and the system of planning - introduction - operation
　- system of policy development and requirements definition
　- acceptance testing - introduced after the system development

with a bird's-eye view of the company's business, Upstream processes that identify risks and bottlenecks and resolve them from the process level are important tasks.
In addition, it is necessary to design a business system and business flow that anticipate the operation.

First of all, you will work as an in-house SE as a specialist. In the future, there is a possibility of management by looking at the aptitude.
 

Required skills/experience

• Over 3 years of experience building/operating Windows Server 2012/2016
• Over 3 years of domain controller construction/operation experience
• Experience in policy design
• Operation of Office365 for more than 1 year
• Development experience with vb, bat programs, etc.
• Minimal programming required for operation
• Knowledge of security countermeasure technology, design, and construction experience troubleshooting
• Investigation and countermeasures for failures and troubles that occur in terminals, servers, etc.

Preferred Skills and experience

• Proposal for information system strategy
• Development of information system introduction plan
• Project management for system construction
• Client PC kitting experience

Other working conditions

■ Trial period 6 months

■Flextime system available: Standard 8 hours Core time 10:00 to 15:00

■ Commuting transportation expenses paid (up to 50,000 yen per month)
