Job Description

Position Name: Program Manager

Responsibilities 

• Track the program for Schedule, Effort and Cost
• Identify Risks/Issues/Dependencies proactively and communicate with stake holders and to work for resolution.
• Manage both Customer and Internal teams is essential
• Regular reports preparation.

Qualification

• Bilingual (English and Japanese)
• Knowledge on Open Systems (Java, Cloud, DWH, and any legacy platforms like Mainframe)
• Basic knowledge on Infrastructure (Firewall, Server, Network etc,.)
• Years of experience-14-17 years
• Language Skills: Business Level Japanese & English Skills 

Preferred Qualification

• Insurance background is preferred, however if Non-Insurance and has willingness to learn about Insurance is also OK.
