Job Description
Responsibilities
As a Process Architecture, you will be responsible for overall process performance and quality management by designing process models, analyzing tooling demands, cultivating process culture through training, and auditing process performance.
- Designing process maturity models by discussing with experts, which aim to drive continuous improvement of process and establish process culture
- Supervising that each process is designed and developed according to the process maturity model
- Defining high-level design and policy to manage materials and knowledge related to process architecture, design, and implementation
- Instructing and managing IT & Business Architect team to finalize tooling requirement of process and complete tooling implementation by working with developers
- Instructing and managing training teams to plan and deliver process training to cultivate process culture in the organization
- Leading and managing process audit activities to measure process adoption and visualize performance for the further improvement of operational quality
- Managing communication with the section members, the department head, and other stakeholders to control risks and provide solutions in terms of overall process optimization and process enablement activities
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years’ experience in acting as a business process designer or any equivalent roles
- Good working knowledge of business process lifecycle and delivery
- Six Sigma Green Belt Course certification or other equivalent training
- Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion
- Always operates with the highest levels of honesty, integrity, and fidelity, acting in the best interest of the business always
- Strong capability for up-skilling and re-skilling, with a curious mind and desire to constantly learn and grow
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in guiding, teaching and mentoring team members with a passion
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations or Management or any equivalent industry experiences
- Ability to communicate written and verbally in English; Japanese is preferred but not required
