Job Title: Cyber Defence Operations Support
Responsibilities
- Provide Customers with Technical Support Customer-Facing Communications with Customers through raised tickets in the Customer Portal
- Attend to Customer tickets through customer portal Be able to independently troubleshoot issues and problem solve
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate welcome English Speaking and writing is needed Good Science / Engineering Degree with good grades
- Prior Experience in Linux would be an advantage Networking Experience is good to have Prior Experience in performing IT support would be beneficial
