【Job Responsibilities】 
Mainly in charge of customer test automation / RPA introduction support (tool study, architecture study), diagnosis of installed RPA, help desk support for customers and internal members, librarian work (accumulation of knowledge, promotion of utilization)
Also provide training for test automation / RPA engineers participating in projects.

[Specific work contents]

• Technology development aimed at developing new solutions
  • Survey of cuttingedge technologies and techniques
  • Development / selection of software test tools
  • Internal standardization of new services
  • Draft a companywide education plan to improve technical skills
• RPA / BPM, RPA / AI Cooperation
  • Function investigation of various RPA / BPM tools, collection of knowhow
  • Construction of an architecture according to the characteristics of each tool
• Customer support
  • Technical lead in the project
  • Evaluation, analysis and optimization after service deployment
  • New solution promotion activities
  • Launch a new project
• Corporate support

• Speaking at external seminars
• Writing articles, supervising books
• Formulation / promotion of technology strategy

【Job Requirements】

• More than 3 years of software development experience (objectoriented languages such as Java and .NET)
• Knowledge of HTML / CSS
• 10+ team management experience in software development project or 3+ years management experience
• English ability to read simple technical documents
• High communication skills
• Experience creating report documents

• Interest in the process improvement of software development using tools
• Experience building infrastructure on AWS
