Job Description:

In this recruitment position, we are looking for those who will participate in quality assurance projects, conduct project management and customer negotiations, acquire the know-how of proposal work, and also engage in consulting work in the future.

・ Quality management
-Current situation analysis, issues interview
-Plan quality assurance strategy
-Quality analysis
-Quality improvement proposal (development process, proposal for review of quality control method, etc.)
-Start-up support for QA and SET (Software Engineer in Test) departments within customers
* You may need to manage multiple projects at the same time
・ Development of new quality assurance solutions
-Develop new solutions for efficient and non-personal quality assurance

Qualification requirements:

・ Web and open software development experience (2 years or more) (regardless of language)
・ Team management experience of 5 or more people in software development projects (1 year or more)

・ Experience in software development projects related to SI (3 years or more) (regardless of language)
・ Experience in upstream process (requirement definition, requirement definition, basic design) in software development project
