Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and requests and propose solutions
• Design, design, test, and release the system according to the proposal
• Make proposals for the next phase in order to realize the “customer should be on the cloud”
• Manage development processes and schedules and provide high-quality solutions
• Understand and improve the capabilities of team members and improve the performance of the team as a whole
• Development language and environment differ depending on the solution and cloud platform.

Required Skill/Experience

• Over 8 years of software engineer experience
• Over 5 years of experience in web system design, development and implementation (Java, C #)
• Over 5 years of relational database design, development and implementation experience (SQL)
• Over 3 years of development process / team management experience
• Experience in enterprise system construction project using cloud
• Understanding of object-oriented development
• Understanding and practical experience of software development process
• Experience of grasping the customer's situation from the customer's perspective and proposing an accurate solution based on specialized knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in computer science and software engineering majors (If you do not have it, you have the same IT knowledge and experience)
• Analytical ability and requirement definition ability to correctly understand and shape customer requirements
• Communication skills, presentation skills, consulting skills, to make accurate proposals to customers
• Those who are interested in the latest technology and can positively work on the customer's business and Appirio's business
• Self-starter and team worker who can demonstrate leadership and motivate others
• Highly ambitious and challenging spirit
• Highly flexible and able to respond to changes
• Strong passion for the cloud

Preferred Skill/Experience

• Over 2 years of technical lead experience
• Salesforce.com development experience or knowledge
• Development experience in a cloud environment
• Business level English
