Job Description
Responsibilities
From UI / UX design of IT products and services such as web apps of financial institutions ( UI evaluation, analysis, planning to wire design, etc.) to development project promotion. Recruitment of project managers, senior consultants, and consultants who are responsible for formulating, projecting, and implementing differentiating strategies for services provided on multiple channels such as Web / App / Store.
Requirements
One of the following experiences and knowledge
Senior consultant, consultant
- Planning of services and systems for customers of financial institutions, project management experience
- Knowledge of web / smartphone application front-end engineering
- More than 3 years work experience in UI / UX field of IT products and services
Project manager
- Experience and knowledge in section 3 above
- Product manager or similar experience at a financial institution
Good skills
- Knowledge of financial system architecture
- User survey skills such as questionnaire design, interview implementation, behavior observation survey
- Usability assessment skills such as expert reviews (such as cognitive walkthroughs) and heuristic assessments
- English: Depending on the project and role, it may be necessary to work with the Offshore Development Center
