• 2+ yrs in Desktop support with strong experience in Windows and 6+ months of experience in MAC support.
• 2 plus years of experience in Windows OS
• 6 plus months of experience in Mac OS
• end user desktop support
• Desktop support related issues
• Windows application related issues, outlook related issues, browser related issues
• installation of software’s and operating systems
• Business level English and N3 level Japanese requirement
