• Experience : 4 - 8 yrs.
• Desktop Hardware and monitor issues reported 
• Desktop Application and Software issues 
• Installation and troubleshooting for Desk Phone 
• Laptop Hardware issues
• Smart Phone and Tablet issues, Mac and Ms Office, office 365 Support is must 
• Third party software and non-standard hardware issues Responsibilities Answering queries and directing users to the right service owners Identifying issues based on trends seen through tickets and alerting appropriate service owners Hardware and software consulting Manage Hardware Recycling process Asset Tracking & Management

Japanese Language: Fluent level Japanese JLPT N1 and Business level English
