Job Responsibilities:

• As a Project Manager, you will guide our development efforts, align with strategic objectives, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Strategic Project Leadership:
  • Lead and empower 2-3 scrum teams (10-15+ members) to achieve OKR targets and deliver against the product roadmap.
  • Manage end-to-end project planning: goal definition, milestone/critical path, dependency mapping, test/and release strategy, budget, and scheduling.
• Agile Optimization:
  • Champion continuous improvement for software development processes, enhancing agile practices and team efficiency.
  • Mentor new team members on project governance and best practices.
• Stakeholder & Communication Management:
  • Proactively manage communications with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Facilitate effective communication within teams and across departments.
  • Provide clear, concise reporting on project status, risks, and progress.
• Risk & Issue Resolution:
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Lead issue resolution, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Contribute to improving project management best practices and tools.

Job Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Project Management, with at least 3-5 years in a Senior Project Manager role leading complex software development or IT projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Technical Acumen:
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures and technologies.
• Leadership & Influence:
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence diverse teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong commitment to project success.
• Communication & Collaboration:
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level presentations.
  • Expertise in facilitating large group discussions and driving consensus.
  • Fluent in English for all professional communications.
• Tools & Certifications:
  • Expert proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe certification is highly preferred.
• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
  • Preffered Qualification - Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., CSP, ACSM, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master) are highly preferred.
