MS TEAMS Senior Consultant

Job Description

Appealing Points:

• Play a key role in building, configuring, and managing Microsoft Teams Telephony solutions, supporting critical enterprise communication infrastructure.
• Gain strong exposure to the full Unified Communication domain including PSTN/PBX, networking, audio/video conferencing, and monitoring/reporting tools.
• Lead a team of 4–5 members in a global delivery environment, managing risks, dependencies, and customer communication while strengthening leadership and project management skills.

Annual Salary : 9 million yen and above

Qualification:

• Overall Experience (in yrs.) : 8-10 Yrs.
• Technical skills (Required - Mandatory) : Microsoft Teams solution, Certification with MS Teams
• Technical skills (Required - Nice to have) :  Understanding of legacy telephony solutions
• People skills : Lead for 4-5 team members

• Area of responsibilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony solution build, setup and configuration
  • Participate in business and system requirements sessions.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical issues which include network services and components, integrated (with other solutions) video and audio conferences etc.
  • Expertise and experience in working on end to end monitoring and reporting tools (like EventZero, SCOM, Solarwinds, Netscout etc) in the Unified communication domain.
  • Good knowledge on PSTN/PBAX networks.
  • Mange dependencies, risks and issues related to MS Teams telephony
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Powershell scripting, Packaging, deployment and distribution of applications and distribution methods

Japanese languages: Business-level Japanese and business-level English required..
