Position name: SE-Billing system renewal-Domestic carrier

This is a project to update the billing system for a domestic carrier.
Project Summary
In the area of the billing system, you will be responsible for realizing the requirements, dealing with the customer and the development department, and resolving issues.
Analyze/design/manufacture interface requirements for external interfaces (external) and internal interfaces (internal) of the billing system to realize the billing system operations.
Project detail management in the area of responsibility (1) planning/progress, 2) structure and operation, 3) quality, 4) specifications)
Discussions and agreements with overseas vendors in charge of development in the area of responsibility, issue identification and resolution
Discussions and agreements with overseas vendor development staff in the area of responsibility, problem identification and resolution
Discussion and agreement with the development staff of the customer in the area of responsibility, issue identification and resolution
Weekly progress report of detail management and timely escalation
Weekly reporting and timely escalation of detail management issues
Add, change, or delete roles when other tasks related to system solution specifications arise.  


  • Knowledge and expertise in billing (billing and storage) systems (preferably carrier-based, but others are possible)
