Job Description:

In this recruiting position, as a HR business partner (candidate manager), you will contribute from the aspect of" human resources "to achieve the business objectives of the Enterprise Division that will drive the growth of Company.

■ Specific work contents
・ Promote the personnel strategy of the department in charge
-Understand the business objectives / strategies / policies of the department in charge
-Planning / promotion of personnel and recruitment plans based on business policies
-Cost management
-Planning and promotion of human resources development plan for the department in charge
-Draft strategies for the right members in the right job
・ Follow human resources management of the department in charge
-Follow-up after joining / Orientation management
-Formulate measures to retain human resources after joining the company
-Human problem solving
-Employee consultation desk

・ Member management

・ Understand and resolve other personnel issues
* The actual work will be shared after consultation.

¥ 500,000 / month-¥ 700,000 / month

Estimated annual income around 6 million yen to 8.4 million yen
* Determined after consultation according to experience, performance and contribution

Qualification requirements:
・ Experience from strategy to operation in mid-career recruitment of about 50 people a year
・ Management experience of 2 or more people

・ Work experience and industry knowledge at Sier and IT companies
・ Experience as HR business partner
・ Experience in training and training after joining the company
・ Experience in hiring more than 100 people annually
