Annual salary: 6 million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulating cybersecurity strategies and measures and aligning them with the Global Technology Risk Management Team
• Defining and establishing cybersecurity management and countermeasure processes using guidelines - Selecting and implementing cybersecurity solutions
• Monitoring and controlling security incidents
• Managing budgets, stakeholders, and vendors for all of the above activities
• In addition, the Technology Risk Management Team Manager is responsible for developing team members and improving the team's overall performance.

• Experience in some or all of cybersecurity assessment, strategy formulation, and implementation
• Operational experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance
• Graduate from a four-year university (bachelor's degree) or higher
• Experience in consistently promoting and managing everything from cybersecurity assessment to strategy formulation and implementation
• Experience managing team members and leading a team
• Experience in security design and implementation for infrastructure and applications
• English proficiency -  Ability to read and write simple business documents such as emails is essential
• English proficiency - Ability to write full-fledged business documents and converse is a plus

Language Skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English
