Job Description:

• We are looking for a System Engineer / Middleware Engineer to support and manage integration platforms, middleware tools, and IT systems. This person will help with application and database support, work closely with vendors, and help automate IT processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Informatica (main middleware tool)
• Work with HULFT and other integration tools (Boomi is a plus)
• Provide support for applications and databases
• Build and maintain integration workflows between systems
• Handle communication and coordination with IT vendors
• Use tools like Power Automate, UIPath, or PowerShell to create automation scripts and workflows
• Support systems running on Windows and Linux operating systems
• Support and manage environments in AWS and Azure cloud platforms

Job Qualification::

• Informatica Certified Professional (preferred)
• Boomi Associate Administrator (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (preferred, but not mandatory)
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Azure Administrator Associate (optional)

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica
• Experience with middleware tools (like HULFT, Boomi)
• Basic knowledge of databases and application support
• Experience working with automation tools (Power Automate, UIPath, PowerShell)
• Good understanding of system integration
• Familiar with Windows and Linux OS
• Familiar with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Experience working with IT vendors

Personal Qualities:

• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative in managing and enhancing system operations.
• Ability to identify issues and risks, with a focus on detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for working across different roles, perspectives, and for building consensus.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
