Annual Salary : 8 million and above

Responsibilities:

• Lead solutioning and proposal development for data and analytics projects.
• Design and deploy database solutions (relational, NoSQL, cloud-based).
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead teams in developing cloud data architectures.
• Provide strategic direction and implementation roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure high-quality delivery.

Job Qualifications:

• 10+ years in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 10+ years designing and delivering complex data platforms.
• 5+ years of team leadership / people management.
• Strong experience in Data Warehousing, ETL, and DataOps.
• Consulting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AI, Data Engineering, and emerging cloud technologies.

Language: Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and English proficiency.
